Preface
It's not often a person can build a celebrity. Kind of strange, actually. That is, if you stop and think about it.
Imagine this. Assemble a few hundred (or thousand) people together with a common interest, then throw in an internet connnection. Now you have an unstoppable mob of technogeeks that can build just about anything, including well known robot personalities.
So the question is, why should you build a replica of the B9 Robot from the Lost in Space TV series? Or an R2-D2?
Simple answer.
