Collarama

It's an exciting time for a robot enthusiast when a part is offered that is extremely well engineered and well made to boot. Once I saw the pictures of this fabulous item on the b9rbc.com website, I knew that my robot had to have it. Hats off to Mike Joyce and Greg Logue for producing this part.

The photo below shows my old Classics Reborn collar on the left and the new "Super Collar" on the right. Notice anything? Yeah, I know. Big size difference. Also notice the difference between the ribs. The ribs on the CR collar are injection molded (I believe) and the Super Collar ribs are heated and bent, like the original. Another nice touch is the included shroud on the inside of the collar. It is constructed of black plastic instead of fabric and it is angled from top to bottom.

Quoting Ferris Bueller, "If you have the means, I highly recommend you pick one up."

Very cool site and very cool robot. I really like the Robocam. I click on it alot. I know one day I'll catch the robot sneaking a smoke or watching Baywatch with the sound off or something. It's just a matter of time. I hope my robot comes out as nice as yours.
Cheers
